Signature Medallion
The Star Foundation Signature Medallion is made out of antique brass, and is 3/4 of an inch in actual size. The pin is a symbol of your star in the sky, and can be worn on your clothing to show the rest of the world. A Signature Medallion is included when you purchase a star package, and you can order additional medallions here.
Memorial Star Medallion
The Memorial Star Medallion is 3/4 of an inch in actual size, and can be worn in remembrance of your family member or loved one. This medallion was designed by the Star Foundation exclusively for our customers. The medallion is in the shape of a star, with a dove engraved into a heart. The Memorial Medallion includes the "Loving Memories" poem card.
